DOLCETTO D’ALBA
Cantina Vignaioli Pertinace - Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Cru “Nervo”
This fine dry red wine, which is fruity and scented, is made by vinifying the best grapes grown on the “Nervo” vineyard. Lively ruby red with delicate violet highlights. It is a very well structured, pleasant wine packed with aromas and flavours, and it is fine for serving throughout a meal, pairing well as it does with many foods, from cold meats to first courses, white meats and cheeses.

BAROLO
Cantina Vignaioli Pertinace - Barolo DOCG
Made from select Nebbiolo grapes grown on some historic vineyards located in prime sites in the limited Barolo wine production area. The fermentation is carried out in keeping with tradition, with a long maceration of the must on the skins. Ageing for a period of over two years in medium-sized oak casks, followed by another year of refining in the bottle, enables to offer to the most demanding clientele a long-lasting wine of great breeding.

BARBARESCO
Cantina Vignaioli Pertinace - Barbaresco DOCG Cru “Marcarini”
This magnificent, noble and austere, fine dry red wine is made by vinifying, with a lengthy maceration, scrupulously selected, perfectly ripe grapes grown in one old vineyard. It is very well structured, with a good alcohol content and great balance. Excellent with big dishes, grilled meats and cheeses.

BARBERA D’ASTI
Antiche Cantine Brema - Barbera d’Asti “Ai Cruss” DOC
This wine typical of the Asti region, made from selected grapes, matures in the cellar for one year in large oak casks. It has a limpid and bright ruby red colour. It is a wine to drink throughout a meal, ideal with meat main courses and pasta dishes.
Antiche Cantine Brema - Barbera d’Asti Superiore “Bricconizza” DOC
Important wine, coming from vineyards located in the best position in the area of Nizza Monferrato. Produced in a traditional way, it is refined in barriques for about 8 months. It has a granate red colour with ruby hues and an intense vinous bouquet with a delicate hint of vanilla.
