This Valpolicella Classico Superiore is the unique result of refermenting on the warm dried grape skins from which Amarone has been pressed. This process, used only in rare vintage years, imparts the richness of character and personality of a great wine to an already superior wine.

Viticoltori Tommasi - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC
Produced from the three Valpolicella grape varieties (Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara) cultivated high on its hillside terraces. The wine undergoes a period of ageing of at least three years in oak barrels before being placed in bottles for a further period of ageing of at least another year. Intense ruby red, Amarone is a wine which one can proudly serve on special occasions, particularly with red meat roasts, game and ripe cheeses.

Viticoltori Tommasi - Rompicollo
Rompicollo vineyards, 35 hectares in “Poggio al Tufo” estate in Pitigliano, in the heart of “Maremma Toscana” zone. Is 60% Sangiovese and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has intense ruby red colour and a bouquet of mature fruits.
Viticoltori Tommasi - Alicante
Bottinello vineyard, 66 hectares in “Poggio al Tufo” estate in Pitigliano, in the heart of “Maremma Toscana” zone. It has a very intense ruby red colour, aromas of raspberries and blackberries. On the palate is well-balanced, complex and pleasingly smooth with an aromatic and long finish.

Cantine Moris - Morellino di Scansano DOC
Good body wine, round and harmonic. Yelted with spicy taste, elegant and persistent. Perfect for red meats dishes.

Phi is an expression of nature itself: perfectly balanced notes of black cherry accompanied by a long pleasant finish. On the palate, Phi delivers an abundance of elegant fruit, an impressive balance between acidity and sweet notes, and a long finish. Wine making: the must is left in contact with the grapes skins for 21 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Remontage is carried out regularly. Maturation: the wine is left to settle in French oak barrels, some new, for a period of 15 months where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is bottled and left to mature for several months before being released on the market.
Blend: the Phi 2009 is a blend of the highest quality grapes produced at Vitalonga, wrapped around a core of Cabernet Franc.

Terra dei Re - Aglianico del Vulture DOC Cru “Divinus”
Produced in the Vulture area, where the soil and the microclimate are particularly favourable for the noble red grape Aglianico del Vulture, one of Italy’s most ancient and historic grape. Superbly structured wine and at the same time rounded velvet on the palate and a full luscious body. Smooth redcurrant nuances yellow into creamy menthol spicy hints. Great wine for game, roast and seasoned cheese.
Terra dei Re - Aglianico del Vulture DOC “Nocte”
The grapes are picked during the night, hence the name Nocte, this great wine combines mellow, silky and intense sweet tannins with spicy notes. Dried rose and violet adds finishing touch of velvet. Great pairing with braised meat, stews, cutlets and roast tenderloin.

Casa Vinicola Savaia - Nero d’Avola IGT Sicilia
Produced in the west center of Sicily, this wine of great structure has a deep and intense ruby colour and a complex and winding perfume yielded of marasca and raspberry. Particularly suitable for red meats dishes, game and for middly seasoned cheeses.
Casa Vinicola Savaia - Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG
Obtained from Nero D’Avola and Frappato. It has a dry, full, soft and harmonic taste, a yielded perfume and floral and a colour that goes from red cherry to violet intense.
