Try it with homemade caramel pears with red wine, a little sugar and spices, a dollop of whipped cream and an almond cookie. CITRUS PISTOCCHI CAKE 250 g: Dark chocolate cake, accompanied with small bits of candied citrus peels selected from Sicily. Great served with Limoncello. Presented at the International Wine Festival in Merano. BLACK CHERRIES PISTOCCHI CAKE 250 g: Dark chocolate cake to which are added whole candied black cherries. A real explosion of freshness, with a balanced mix of acidity-bitter-sweetness. Perfect with Banyuls.
